Applying Craft & Science for
Sustainable Future
Crafting a Sustainable Future:
Innovating New Value through Regional Revitalization with Craftsmanship and Science
We believe in innovation through synergy of Craft and Science,
merging the inherent value derived from artisanal passion with
the empirically grounded value rooted in scientific principles.
Harmonizing ostensibly disparate elements—traditional techniques
with cutting-edge technology, creativity with logic, and passion
with evidence—serves as the cornerstone of our corporate endeavors.

RISE &WIN
KAMIKATZ BUSINESS
We endorse the pioneering efforts of Kamikatsu,
a town in Tokushima Prefecture first to declare Zero Waste in Japan.
Our hospitality business intends to foster
a sustainable economic foundation to solve the pressing social issues of the town,
including the escalating challenge of depopulation.
ZERO WASTE
Striving for a World With Zero Waste
Kamikatsu, the smallest town in Shikoku with around 1,500 residents as of August 2023, made history in 2003 by initiating Japan's first "Zero Waste" campaign. By rejecting waste incineration and individual household garbage collection, Kamikatsu has transformed waste management. Residents sort waste into 13 categories with 45 subcategories at municipal "Waste Stations," facilitating extensive recycling efforts. Organic waste is composted, contributing to a recycling rate exceeding 80% as of 2020. We support Kamikatsu's Zero Waste efforts, offering expertise in waste station operations and strategy formulation to help revitalize the town and highlight its charm."
